I did get a 14 day free trial but even when i log into the account I can not seem to get my signature into the document. Ths is a Chinese visa application, and I have downloaded the fintpack11009 which I was prompted to do once opening this pdf from the Chinese embassy.

I have been able to i=fill in the document so the text tool is working, but not the sign option.

Suggestions?

Thanks,

gary

    Hi Gary,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Are you still facing this issue? If yes, could you let us know the application you are using to view the pdf- Adobe Reader/ Adobe Acrobat?

Are you able to use Sign feature on another pdf file? Also, would it be possible to share the link for the pdf file with us?

In the meantime, you may visit the following threads which discuss the similar topic:

I want to sign a document in Acrobat, but the option is grayed out. (Protect PDF)

HowThe fill & Sign tools are all greyed out. How do I fix this? (Acrobat Reader)

    Thanks,
