Hello

I am having issues with opening a document I need. I am trying to open an application to apply for a visit visa and when the link for that document opens in a new tab it says the following below:

Now I have upgraded to the latest Adobe Reader and installed it but unfortunately when I open the link again the message above appears again. What can I do in this case please? Because I have installed Adobe Reader several times for different versions and it is not working.

    1. Download the file. (The file you see with this message)

    2. Start Reader.

    3. Select Open from the File menu.

    4. Open the file you downloaded in step 1.
