I recently bought a new MacBook Air. I have tried to install Adobe but after I download it and try to enter my username & password to install I get nothing. The screen will jump a little bit like I have entered the information wrong. But I know its not wrong as I can log into Adobe website online. I am doing this all through safari. I have also tried to download another browser however chrome isn't offered in the App Store. (I'm new to Mac so I'm not sure why its not there. I have also changed the "preferences" to allow pugs. Im a college student and have assignments due that I can't complete please help!
