I Downloaded a .pdf file and now want to convert it

I have downloaded a file from [Irrelevant link removed. -Mod] site and now want to convert the same in word format, and then make some changes and then back to pdf, what should i do is there any plugin for it to convert or what to do?

If you get Acrobat you'll be able to edit it directly and won't have to do this round-trip to Word, although you would be able to...
