IRMClient stopped working with 20074 + FileOpen prevents Copy-Paste functions in Adobe Acrobat DC

Hi,

We need the FileOpen Plugin to be able to print specific documents from our vendors.

When we install the plugin it prevents us from Copy pasting information in to other templates in Adobe Acrobat DC.

We issue different kind of certificates in the company i work. This is done in PDF template with Acrobat DC however when the FileOpen plugin is installed

it seems like the Copy - Paste funktions (Ctrl+C - Ctrl+V) is disabled for some reason.

Have anyone experienced this problem and maybee know how to fix it?

We recently been forced to downgrade Adobe acrobat DC to 2018.011.20063 because of an problem with our IRM Client.

it works with the 2018.011.20063 but stops working if we update to 20071 or 20074. any help on this question is also welcome.

Thank you for your help it is appreciated!

If you install a third party plug-in and it changes what Acrobat does, you need to contact the maker of the plug-in. http://www.fileopen.com/ Maybe it's not compatible yet. Plug-ins have a huge problem in these days of forced and automatic upgrades.
