Is there any settings to read one page from this pdf?

The document is scanned like int he picture.

Page 2 and 3 comes in the same page. Is it possible to change the view and read page 2 in single page and page 3 in single page and so on?

Ok. I am using Acrobat Reader DC. Can you please tell where can i download adobe acrobat?

If i search adobe acrobat, i am taken to to acrobat reader DC.

Adobe did a hell of a job causing confusion by renaming Adobe Reader as Adobe Acrobat Reader...

With Adobe Acrobat you can crop the pages.
