Language pack seems not to work with new Adobe Reader Release

I am unable to copy Hebrew into a pdf. This used to work on the previous version of Acrobat Reader. It stopped working with the new release. This seems to now only work by Acrobat DC.

I still use a reader on some devices and am wondering what there is to do.
