Looking to implement fillable form online

Hi everyone, I hope all is doing good. I am neither a developer nor a technician, just a writer. But here I have been assigned a task to look for the ways where someone comes into a site like smokerzhub and fill in the form over there and submit. Just like it is being filled on the pdffiller. I want the same over here. Does Adobe reader has functionality inside of the software features area where things can be checked out.
