Measuring Tool not working properly after update!

Hi!

 

Been using acrobat reader to measure building plans ect for some time now. 

 

Never had an issue before until I recently updated acrobat reader. For some 

reason scale ratio is always set on 1mm = 1mm. Before I could open any document,

make a measurement of anything, and get the correct measurement. I even opened 

old documents, that I know worked fine 2 months ago, and still, 1mm=1mm. 

 

Ive made sure box is checked "Use scale and units from document"

 

Really need help with this!

    Hey there!

     

    As shared, after updating Acrobat Reader to the latest version scale ratio is set to MM. Would you please navigate to Acrobat Reader's preferences and check the following setting-

     

    Open Reader>Edit>Preferences>Units & Guide> check the default Units there-

     

     

     

    If this isn't what you were referring to, then please share the screenshot of the scale ratio that you are referring above.
