Measuring Tool Reader DC V2015.023.20070

When using the Measuring Tool though Internet Explorer.  The Change Scale and Ratio and Precision window appears too small and you can not see the OK and Cancel buttons.  You can tab down to the OK and Cancel buttons and select them.  The Precision field seems to be new and "pushed" the button down.  The window is not extendable to display the buttons.

This appears to have happened when Reader updated itself to Version 2015.023.20070.  We are running Citrix XenApp 6.5 and Citrix Receiver 3.4 and Windows 7.  Running though our CRM system in Internet Explorer 11.
