MS Surface Book Adobe Acrobat Reader DC PEN lefty! :(

I have two issues, I'm hoping are easily remedied and both have to do with a stylus.

1. When I am commenting in 'Pen' mode and I have the stylus down on the screen, this little mini pen appears.  It's VERY annoying.  I want it gone.  I know where the pen is on the screen.  It's in my hand.  It is unnecessary.

2. I am left handed.  If you are going to have to make me live with this little ghost pen on the screen I'd like it flipped the other way.  It's directly in my vision.  It was clearly made for the majority of right-handed users, for whom, the little ghost pen, would be under their hand and mostly invisible.

There is a slight lag and the actual text is jittery looking like when you sign your name at one of those POS's at a store.  But primarily I want that little 'ghost' pen gone.
