multimmonitor configurations

Hi all!

I have a big problem and she began to annoy me very much!

The application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC does not know how to work with configurations where more than one monitor and even more so when they have different resolutions + if the scaling on one of the monitors is still enabled, then this is horrible !!!

example:

I have a Dell XPS 13 laptop, a resolution of 3200x1800 + 175% zoom, and a Dell U2715H monitor has a resolution of 2560x1440 (no scaling).

Main monitor notebook.

1. When I'm working with a document on the Dell U2715H and I want to print it, my print menu pops up on the laptop! And this is extremely inconvenient!

2. In the settings of the application Adobe AR DC is the definition of scaling and on the laptop everything looks great! BUT! When I move the Adobe AR DC window to the second monitor, everything stops being so good. The scaling is saved and everything becomes very huge, despite the fact that the resolution is 2560x1440.

Very much I ask, I implore! Fix the application! That it worked correctly with multimmonitor configurations!

Hi Badmaev,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Scaling issue with a 4k monitor with Acrobat DC is know to us. And we are working on it to get this fixed.

I do not agree with you, here the problem is not only 4K

How I wrote a problem in supporting two or more monitors!

If I work on the second monitor, then additional Adobe windows open on the main monitor, and this is how I wrote it is extremely inconvenient.

The application can not determine which monitor is running and opens all additional windows (printing) on the main monitor.
