My adobe reader dc is acting crazy

what would cause it to not save filed to my cloud ?

What would cause it to have to recover my files?

Amd itis not letting me delete files off my iPhone location once I have saved them to Dropbox since it’s not working with my cloud. So I need to see y it isn’t deleting my local files Bc they just keep piling up and taking up memory.
