My Coworkers Account is blocked

I had to install adobe digital edition on my coworkers PC. I made an Account in Adobe for him and than connected it to adobe digital edition. But my coworker gave me a non-existent E-Mail so i deleted the account and made a new one with the right E-Mail adress. But i couldnt connect the new E-Mail adress to adobe digital edition bzw. it said that the password is wrong. The password is not wrong. Than i deinstalled the programm and deleted the Adobe account. Now i am trying to make a new account with the same E-Mail before but now it says that the Adobe Account is blocked. My Coworker just has this one working E-Mail adress. What can i do to make a new account with the same E-Mail adress?
