Need Help Getting Acrobat Reader to Run

Question

I uninstalled Acrobat Reader DC when it locked up and then tried to reinstall it. I keep getting the following error message:

I see the files in the program files folder.

I am running Windows 10 with the latest updates.

How do I get it to run? I can install and run Reader 9 with no problem.

Please try the following steps and see if that works.

If it still doesn't work

Remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool (https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html)
Reboot the application
Reinstall the application using the link (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html)
