No accedo a mi producto comprado

Hola compre a través de su pagina un programa pero al parecer mi cuenta de correo estaba mal por lo que no puedo acceder a mi producto, necesito saber como reversar la compra o acceder a mi producto desde otra cuenta de correo.

    As you mentioned that the email address is incorrect, you might have to contact the customer care team to get the email address changed. You may initiate the chat support through Adobe agent and they can assist you in changing the email address and mapping the correct email with the subscription Contact Customer Care
