No Print Dialog comming up on version 2019.008.2081 or 2080

A few weeks ago we began having reports Reader wasn't printing. Meaning the print dialog did not come up. The cursor show as busy for a moment then nothing happens. Seems to only happen on pcs using Windows 7.

I did all steps recommended for printing issues on the Adobe site. And deleted and recreated printers, to have long names. I checked print drivers for updates. I removed all Portable Document Format converters from printer settings.

I completely updated computers with all windows updates available. I deleted preferences for Adobe Reader per user. Used the cleaning tool to uninstall the Reader program. All users have admin permissions. I unchecked and rechecked preferences to match the working Reader programs in Windows 10 OS.

Our only workaround is going to earlier versions or using other programs as the default reader.

Odd times the print dialog will open, but then stops and after that will not even open a dialog for a file that it would print earlier in the day.

Suggestions appreciated, Google is running dry.

    Install the latest update available for Adobe Reader/Acrobat 2019.010.20064 from help>check for updates, or manually from DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products

    Reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader and check.
