PagePlus X5 document won't open as PDF in Adobe

I have converted a file from PagePlus X5 to PDF but when I try to open the file in Abobe it tells me "access is denied". This has never been a problem before. Any ideas?

    Can you copy the file to your desktop and open the PDF from there!
