I am trying to download the free version of adobe reader on a Mac.  It is asking me for a user id (which is populated with "USER") and a password.  I don't have a password.  I have tried my Adobe email for user name and adobe password, but it does not work. What am I doing wrong?

    You are trying to use the wrong user name and password. You need the user name and password for your admin on your computer. It needs that before it installs software.
