I paid for 1 months subscription to use this service and you have charged me for another month at the cost of £25.

how did you manage to take the money out of my account with out my permission ??

how the hell do I stop you from doing this again ??

    You are surely posting in the wrong forum; Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free product. If you tell us exactly what program or service you are talking about, we could at least lead you to the right forum. And no, you are not addressing Adobe here; we are mostly fellow users, so it wasn't "we" who charged you anything...

    Well that's funny as they have charged me again !!! Another £25. So thats £50 taken. After finding a number and ringing the call centre in you guessed it india I have cancelled it AGAIN !! Let's see what happens next month.

    just to make things even worse I was told that they can not take my card payment details off my account. I find this really hard to believe. But it seen how much of a con Adobe is. Quick to take your money and down right awkward as anything to get them to stop.

    Adobe acrobat dc is not a free service if you want to edit anything trust me I know !!! And I will never use it again.

    You can always instruct your bank to stop paying.
