PDF Content is being displayed in-correct order

Hi Team, 

Content in the generated PDF is not displayed in proper format as expected. The content is having big fonts as per the attached screenshot.

we have tried following trouble shooting steps.

- Performe d zoom-in and zom out but the content is same.

- Uninstalled and installed adobe reader in the machine but still issue persist

could you please suggest how to fix the issue.
