Can't view the bottom (a quarter) of PDF document, there's a white blank space and not loading the full PDF document.

    What is the app at the time you see the problem? (Note: this isn't about what is installed, it's about the actual app that is running, which may be different).

    If you are in fact using Adobe (Acrobat) Reader, try this:

    Go to Edit (or the Reader menu if you're on a Mac) - Preferences - Page Display and tick "Show large images".
