pdf file wont let me copy and paste a single line at a time

The pdf I am viewing copies multiple lines at a time and even when I try to paste to One Note it pastes non-legible graphics. Is there a way to remove restrictions and modify the Pdf so I can copy and paste in normal fashion? How can I insert a pdf to support so they can see the pdf as well?

    Not possible with the free Reader. This kind of thing happens a lot when the file was created using non-compatible PDF creator software.

    There's usually not much that can be done about it, even if you had the full Adobe Acrobat, short of re-creating the entire file.
