PDF multiprint option syntax

Cannot find the syntax for printing only select pages.

i.e.:  'Pages   Sec1:1 - Sec:90'   within the  'multiprint'  feature (more than one page per 8.5"x11" page)

The above syntax was the default (= All pages), for a 3x3 layout across 11 pages

We wanted to ONLY print the 2nd set (page) of 3x3 layouts as a test.  This doc has No Sections that I am aware of, the original is simply a 94 page pdf.
