Are you trying to open them in your browser? If so, which one?

Many, might I say most, browsers do not use Reader anymore to open pdf's. They have their own pdf viewers. Those viewers can have issues with some pdf files, especially forms. Try right-clicking the link to the pdf, save it to your computer somewhere, open Reader then use File>Open to open the pdf from wherever you saved it.

    Hello Marks,

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the delayed response, are you still experiencing the issue or have found a solution?

Make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader 2019.010.20064 installed, check for the updates from help>check for updates, reboot the machine and check.

Open the PDF file in Adobe Reader and then try printing. You may also refer and try the suggestions from the help article Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

Are you on Windows or Mac machine and what is the version? Are you getting any error message when you print the PDF file?

Would you mind sharing the complete workflow of printing the PDF from the Internet?

What is the make and model of the printer installed? Install the latest available driver/firmware of the printer and check.

Let us know how it goes and share your observation. We're here to help, just need more info.

    Thanks,

    Anand Sri.
