Print PDF slow and then fails to finish

My wife was sent a 3 page PDF file that has a set of tickets on it.  When we attempt to print them, the print job starts and then stops... prints one row and stops... prints another row and stops...  then only about 1/5th of the job is printed, the printer spits out the paper and quits.  This is not the only time that she's had this problem.

I've tried from both the Google Chrome browser and from the Acrobat Reader

I've searched and tried the "Print as Image", same thing

I've tried doing the "Print Black and White", same thing

I've tried rebooting

I've tried killing TEMP files

When I attempt to print the 2nd time, the print job size goes from ~3mb to 30mb

When I print from my user account on the same computer, it works just fine.  Would love to figure out what's going on within her User Account that's causing this.
