Printing

I have asked everyone I know and read hours of junk to still not be able to figure it out.

How come when I print certain files there is BLACK INK ALL  OVER STARTING FROM THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE DOCUMENTS????

I HAVE 2 PRINTERS BOTH HP.  ONE IS 8600 OTHER IS 3512.

I HAVE DOWNLOADED UPDATES TO BOTH.  BUT YET I GO INTO NY OFFICE AND THE DOCUMENTS PRINT FINE. 

I AM VERY FREAKING FRUSTRATED AND WISH THERE WAS ANOTHER PRODUCT.
