Printing Excel file to Adobe PDF makes computer hang

Hi,

 

I have a lot of excel documents to convert to PDF and when I click on print and choose Adobe PDF, it shows connecting to the printer, hangs for a minute then when I click on print, it hangs again. It is very hard to work because of this. this never happened before. Also, I don't save as PDF with Adobe PDF creation tool as the output of the file comes with error in spacing, that's why I use only print to PDF option.  I tried reinstalling MS office and Adobe but to no avail. what's the issue?

You posted in the Reader forum, but Reader doesn't have the PDF Printer, so you must have Acrobat.

What's the exact version number of the application? What's your OS version?
