Printing problems

Question

My French English text is printing in GobbedlyGook

it never did this before and I've updated all my printer drivers and even tried printing from new Mac

I get bad picture results and text as I've said where there are accents not readable.I have been

printing this from Adobe PDF for many years and had great results until now. Can anyone give me

any help as I need to get this printed off. I cannot afford to purchase any more software.

I am using Windows 7 32 bit .

Hi Mise,

As you are experiencing the issue with printing the PDF, please try the troubleshooting steps provided here: Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

Try to print file as image option in Print window. Print PDF as image | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

Make sure that application is updated to the latest version available.

Also, try once to repair the installation.

To repair, launch the application and go to Help menu > Repair Installation.

Let us know if the issue still persists.
