Reader DC last version starts and close itself after less than 1 second.

Reader DC last version (italian) starts and close itself after less than 1 second.

Hi I tried almost everything on my Win10 x64

• Update graphic driver NVIDIA RTX2080 up to ver 445.75 
• Accepted EULA
• Disintall and reinstall many times
• Used adobe cleaner tool and reinstall  
• Tried very last version in american
• Got second level support from Adobe (subscriber of Acrobat DC), they tried with remote control of my pc for around 30min but no solution and asked me to try this support forum.

By the way...

My acrobat DC works perfectly

In a virtual machine in my computer (same version of windows) it works

Any suggetion or help?
