receiver gets blank pages

I send attachments to emails to my office. They recently updated to acrobat readerdc. Now they are receiving blank pages of my reports sent to them. They say I am the only person they can not read all pages. I have windows 8.1 and they have windows 7.

I have never had any problems sending reports from my documents folder until they updated.

People in office that have not converted to new reader ca read all pages.

please advise what may be problem on my end to correct as this is very vital to me.
