Save to computer

Hello,

I am using Microsoft Edge. I received a pdf attached to an email which I can open but cannot save to my computer.

Has never been a problem until recently. What suggestion would you make?

    Hello Brad!

    We're sorry for the trouble you had while saving the PDF file, try downloading the PDF file you received as an email attachment and save it locally to desktop or documents. Then try to open the PDF file in Adobe Reader/Acrobat application.

    You may also open the file saved locally from the Adobe Reader/Acrobat's File menu>Open>Choose the location where you downloaded/saved the file.

    What is the version of Acrobat/Adobe Reader application installed? To identify, please refer to the help article Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

    Are you on a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version?
