Saving and printing problems

I downloaded the newest version of Adobe because I was getting an error message saying I needed the latest version when I was trying to view an online form.

Problem is that now I see the form, I completed the form, saved it to my desktop using "save as" and now every one of my files are blank or have the same printed error message I was getting before I dowloaded. I've deleted and dowloaded 3 times to this same problem. See here: This the the pdf when I open it

Can anyone please help???

    Hi Michelel,

Could you confirm if you were getting message to install the latest version of Flash when tried to view online form?

Also, could you try downloading the form on the machine first, open it in Adobe Reader, fill the form and check if the form fields are still blank. You can download Reader from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Also, try printing the form in Adobe Reader and check if you are still getting an error message.

    Thank You,

    Thank you for responding Shivam.

Yes, I can confirm I downloaded the latest Flash as well. Just to clarify, I can view the pdf on my laptop in AReader DC, I can save it, open it and view again.

Problem is that now all the pdf’s I save on my computer, it won’t show correctly as an attachment in emails (see screenshot)

The recipient can see and print the file, but I cannot.

Also, when I save the file to flash drive, and try to print it on a printer using the flash, all that prints on the paper is what you see in the message on this screenshot or says “this file could not be converted”. I cannot seem to print this file on my own or with a flash drive.

FYI: I am using a MacBook Air, OS High Sierra V 10.13.4

Looking forward to hearing from you

    Michele

    Hi Michele,

I am afraid there is no screenshot in the reply. Please follow the steps given in this link on how to attach a screenshot here in the forums:
