Hi

I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, 2017 release

When i generate a PDF from PPT via  File>Save As and select PDF in the drop-down, it publish a PDF without NotesPage.

But when searches a word, for example "Reference" a rectangular boxes comes and it keeps on moving after each clicks. Refer to the screenshot:

Do, you have any idea, how to rectify it or any other method to generate PDF efficiently?

Regards

Alok

    Hi alex3463,

There is no issue with the file. It is just a feature in the application that is known as Halo effect.

For more information on this, you can refer this help document: Blue Box Outline appears when using Find Functionality

    Hi Alex3463,

As mentioned above, you are saving the PPT as .pdf file using the "Save As" option.

That might not be giving the accurate result as the conversion done through the Power Point. We recommend to use the Adobe Acrobat to convert any other file format to .pdf

You may please try the steps mentioned below-

    • Open a file.
    • Click Create PDF in the Acrobat ribbon.
    • Click OK, name the PDF file, and save it in a desired location.

    And then try.

    Regards,
