Security Warning

Apologies for the delay in response, I hope you would be able to fix it by now.

If the problem still persists, as described above you are getting the security warnings, correct?

You may try to add the folder path to the whitelist. Go to  Edit (Windows), Adobe Reader (Mac) >Preferences>Enhanced Security> Add Folder Path.

If that doesn't work, for the testing purpose try turning off the Protect View. Go to  Edit (Windows), Adobe Reader (Mac) >Preferences>Enhanced Security>Turn Off the Protect View and Uncheck the Enhanced Security, restart the application and check

Note: Turning OFF the Security is for testing purpose only, please turn ON the security after testing, irrespective of the result.
