Having this message when moving my license to a new pc that has crashed and not turning on.
The serial number you have entered has been revoked, this product cannot be licensed. please contact customer support.
Acrobat Reader does not require any license, it's free software.
If you are talking about Acrobat Pro, then it must be an old version as now all Adobe products use ID logins. You will need to contact Adobe Customer Care through the chat or phone system to resolve the error message, we cannot help on these forums.
