Server not responding version 19 and higher
When upgrading to version 19 system goes to a complete crawl for our Remote Desktop Services (Terminal server) 2012R2 environment only (laptops and other servers do not have this problem). Version 18 and prior works fine, but since moving past version 18 (AcroRdrDC1801120035_en_US in particular), we have been having problems with what seems to be the Security (Enhanced) capabilities.
I did uncheck use AppContainer but have not unchecked Enable Protected Mode at startup. I have not unchecked Enable Enhanced Security. Perhaps I need to do that for these, I just didn't want to take extra security risks by turning them off. Going back to AcroRdrDC1801120035_en_US everything works fine still.
Anyone else having this problem and what does Adobe Support have to say about this? They are sending me to this forum for assistance only, perhaps we will have to move to Adobe Pro. however with no need to edit PDF files the cost will be high with many users sharing this on the remote desktop environment (RDP).
