Setup acrobat reader pro functions

Hi there,

Could you please clarify, I have purchased adobe acrobat reader subscription, but my functions like editing and etc are still unavailable.

    Adobe Reader DC is a free application of Adobe, that doesn't come up as subscription. Also, Adobe Reader doesn't have a ability to edit the pdf document.

    As mentioned above, if you purchased a subscription so might be referring to Adobe Acrobat DC which is a subscription based service.

    I have checked your account but couldn't find any subscription under it. You may please share the order number for the purchase or any other email address that you might have registered on Adobe so that we can help you with it.

    The usual cause of this problem is paying for one thing but using something else. Very easily done. Be sure you have stopped using Acrobat READER. Your message suggests you may not be aware that there are separate apps: Reader (free) and Acrobat (paid for).
