I need some help with the stamp feature, I need to make a stamp that does not have a white box around it, only the signature. Also the digital signature, only my boss can see it and it locks the document.

To create a digital signature in Acrobat, it needs to be saved in a format that supports transparency. When I did mine, I placed it into Illustrator, used Image Trace to make it vector, tweaked the paths, and then saved as an Adobe PDF.

JPEG does not support Transparency. Some formats that do include PNG, PSD, AI, and GIF.

Here is a blog that gives other methods, including from Word.

Yes, signing a document locks it down. You are signing it as it is when you sign it, not as it will be later on. You can still make comments if you did not click "lock", but that's it.
