Hello,

My computer was stolen.  I would like to have my license for Adobe Acorbat Pro deactivated on the stolen computer so I can re-activate it on my replacement computer.

    We're sorry for the trouble and inconvenience caused, the record shows that you have Acrobat Pro version 12 perpetual license that is a serial number based product.

    For the deactivation of the serial number from the old machine, you may take help from the Adobe article Activate and deactivate Adobe products

    It was a permanent license, and it was version 12
