The up/down arrows keep moving based on the sheet name (very annoying)

I use Acrobat to view Architecturals.  Some of these plans are 150 pages long.  I use the up/ down arrow buttons to quickly scroll between pages.  This has become impossible with the new update because the arrows move depending on the length of the sheet name.
