Trying to create a PDF from a selection of a webpage

Every time I try to make a selection and right click and choose create new PDF,  it keeps freezing Firefox and won't download. I'm on a Mac and have done this many times and now won't work. Help!

    What process and application are you using to create the pdf? This is the Adobe Acrobat Reader forum and Reader cannot create pdf files.

    Oops - I'm using Adobe Acrobat. Thanks for letting me know I was in the wrong forum!
