turn page + save toner ignores the turned page command for printing..BUG??

Hi there,

sometimes there is save toner marked (and saved after closing). So if I then have to print a special document which has to be turned twice and the damned save toner is still marked, it ignores the turn page command and so it prints totally normal. So sometimes I print a lot of pages for the waste paper bin....

I tried several printers.... so is this a bug????????????????????

    Hi Donaldd,

    We apologize for the delay in response to your query.

    When you say "special document which has to be turned twice", in print we use the term as "Duplex printing" or document's other side should be printed on other page. Is it something that we are on same page and referring to same thing?

    Save Ink/Toner is designed minimize Ink usage, so this behavior should not effect on duplex printing.

    To know the detailed description of what exactly Save Ink/toner does, you must refer to the- Adobe DC, save ink/toner

    Try installing the latest patch and see if that makes any difference- Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader
