unable to access Export PDF

I am trying to export a PDF file. I receive a message saying "This feature is not included in  you current Acrobat license. I go to my account and it does say that Export is part of my license. What do I do now?

    Try to follow the steps given in the links below:

    This feature is not included in your current acrobat license

    acrobat pro dc "this feature is not included in your current acrobat license" dialog selecting "Create PDF"
