Unable to print from Reader

I have a user that is completely unable to print from Reader on a Windows 7 Pro machine. They're able to print from any other application, as well as Reader from an iPad. They're receiving the following error:

We've tried completely uninstalling & reinstalling the program, as well as rolling back to previous versions. Nothing has worked.
