Unable to SaveAs

I receive several statements as .pdf files.  I often like to add a comment to a line item.  When I try to save the file, a blank SaveAs window opens.  There is nothing in it, so I can't SaveAs. The same window appears when I just try to do a Save.

The document is listed as Secured.  However when I check the permissions, it indicates that commenting IS allowed.

How can I save the document with the added comments?

    Hey Vic,

    Sorry to hear about the trouble caused. 

    Looking at the description given above, it seems that while adding comment its causing trouble saving the document. Is it working fine while accessing any other tool and then "Save As"?

    Try the following steps-

    Please update application via Help->Check for updates to be on the latest and safest version of Acrobat/Reader and restart the machine.

    If the issue still persists, we would require the following information to understand the issue better:

    • Environment/Platform/System information
    • Application(Acrobat/Reader) version
