Want Recent Folders on Save - Adobe Reader DC - Win 10

I am a desktop technician for a large enterprise.

Recently replaced a user's computer, went from Win 7 to WIN 10 and Acrobat Reader DC is installed.

The user reports that before the computer was replaced, when she clicked Save or Save As..., she would get a recent folders window where she could choose from a few folders to get the pdf saved.
It's like the one that appears when clicking Home > My Computer on the upper-left corner of the Reader.

But now, when Save or Save As... is clicked the regular Windows Explorer window appears.
Every time she wants to save something, she must click a number of times to get to the folder she needs.

We'd like to know how to have the recent folders window appear after clicking Save or Save As. Is this possible?

Thanks!

I wonder if there is a policy setting, perhaps set on the computer by IT, to disable online (cloud) storage, which would therefore disable that dialog, even though the user only wants a side effect of it.

    Hello -

One of my config team confirms that yes, cloud storage is blocked.

But I'm wondering about the effect it might have, the user was able to get that "recent folders" window on her Win 7 computer and the cloud policy would have been in effect long before the changeover.

Is there a "for sure" confirmation that having a domain policy that prevents cloud storage would prevent that "recent folders" window from appearing?
And are we saying this policy could affect 10 but not 7?

Again as always - thanks for your help!

Oh yes, what exact version of Reader, like 2016.123.43445?

    January 14, 2019

    The version is 2019.010.20064

And yes, the screenshot inserted above is exactly what we're looking for.

Just to recap - the screen above appeared on her previous WIN 7 computer, but not after getting her new WIN 10 computer.
It was the DC version on the WIN 7, but unfortunately I am no longer able to get a more precise version.

Hey I really do appreciate your efforts on this!

It should be a very different window when Show online storage when saving files is ON. See below. Is this the sort of thing the user is looking for?

Under Preferences - General look for the option "Show online storage when saving files". Try both on and off and see if one is what your user wants to see.

    Hello -

Thanks for the answer, unfortunately this did not seem to affect the situation.

Found that box checked, unchecked it, closed Acrobat.

Reopened Acrobat, opened a file and clicked Save As... but it was the same Windows Explorer window that came up.
