Everytime I open a PDF-file in acrobat reader DC (updated version), a "welcome to acrobat reader DC" window appears. Can anyone tell me how to remove this window permanent?:)

    Is it possible to post a screenshot of the window you are getting while opening a PDF file? To post a screenshot, please refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

    What is the version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify, refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

    Are you on a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version?

    Make sure you have the latest verison of Adobe Reader 19.010.20098  installed, check for any pending updates from help>check for updates, reboot the machine and check.

    Refer to the following Adobe discussion and try the suggestion if you are getting the screen described in the discussion

    How do you get rid of the pop up screen you your new adobe reader DC 2019 edition.
