Why do my PDF documents go directly to "Save"?

For the past month or two, all the pdf documents I want to print must first be "saved" and then I can print them from there.  I had this same problem about a year ago and Adobe informed me that they were aware of the problem and that a patch would be released shortly. Shortly after that the problem disappeared.

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem or must I wait for Adobe to fix the problem from their end?

Thanks.

Karl

    Hi Karld,

As you have mentioned above that when you try to print the file, it first saves and then prints.

Try to uncheck the option to "Print to file" under the advanced tab in the Print window.

Click Ok below to save the settings.

Then try to print the file and check if it still asks you to save the file.

Let us know if you still experience the issue.
