I keep getting this message trying to buy your product but you won't even help or advise.

    If you are trying to purchase any Adobe product, you can visit Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud  using a different browser like Chrome or Firefox or Safari. Or you may also contact the Adobe support team on https://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html for purchase-related queries .

    For the error message you are getting, please share a screenshot of the error and the product you are using i.e. Is it Acrobat or Reader. To share the screenshot refer to How to share a document  Link: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7161
